As CEO, Colleen manages the firm, overseeing everything we do and focusing on the development and well-being of our clients, employees and our office.

She is a native of Tacoma and holds a business degree in accounting from the University of Washington. Colleen lives in Kenmore with her husband, son and daughter and enjoys cycling and lifting weights to keep in shape. Her non-work interests include “cooking complicated things” in addition to listening to jazz and reading literary classics and science fiction.
