I'm Joseph Valerio

Joseph is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from the University of North Florida with degrees in Finance and Financial Planning. Prior to joining the Merriman team, Joseph was part of Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Development Program where he learned first-hand the impact an advisor can have on their clients.

His goal is to combine the technical aspects of financial planning with a deep understanding of his clients to help them make intentional progress towards their financial and life goals.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys exploring the city, staying active in the gym, and playing with his cat Leo.
